Elopement from the United Kingdom

It was a pleasure to marry Abbie and Michael, all the way from the United Kingdom! They came to Australia to attend a wedding in southern New South Wales, and afterwards drove along the east coast to the Gold Coast, where they celebrated their own nuptials.

Abbie's brother surprised Abbie and came from Western Australia, where he resides, and walked her down the aisle, to meet her "knight in shining armour".

Abbie also has a relative in Brisbane, and she attended the wedding also with her friend.

It was a small, intimate wedding, held at the Broadwater Chapel, Southport, with just the five of them and our Elope team.

A heart felt wedding, full of love and laughter, and the definite classy UK accent … one perfect afternoon.

Included in their personalised package was hair and makeup by our professional teams, and the bouquet and buttonhole by our favourite florist. We worked with Abbie and Michael to choose their personalised ceremony and music. All they needed to do was provide us with their accommodation details and organise their wedding attire and where they were dining afterwards.

Afterwards, Ray, our photographer, took them over to Main Beach, where they had a photo shoot, to showcase the Gold Coast beaches back to their family and friends in the United Kingdom.
